Soon he also set up efforts to raise funds for the construction of the Radha Krishna Temple. The temple was built to honour the 100th birth anniversary of Sri Prabhupada, the founder of the ISKCON.

The Iskcon Temple was built by Madhu Pandit Dasa following the Ideology of Prabhupada to promote Vedic culture and spiritual learning.

The temple was built with a combination of glass and gopuras in Dravidian style. The Main idols in the Temple were made with panchaloha ( Traditional 5 metal alloy) and are gold plated. Gold plated kalasha is 36 ft high and 18 ft wide.

My opinion on Iskcon Temple :

I've visited this Temple on weekend. I reached there on 2 wheeler and there was a sufficient parking space for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler. Temple Premises was so clean and very hygiene as many volunteers and members are serving every day for the temple. They allowed us to take videos and photos everywhere inside the temple. Temple architecture was so good and I just spent some time peacefully sitting and hearing the bhajans. Price for Nitya Sevas was too high and most of the temple except the main hall was filled with bookstalls, food stalls and other items for selling which seems like an exhibition centre. Expect the selling activities everything was good at Iskon Temple.
